The Indian Govt has also directed states on allocating doses from may till the fortnight of June. It has also mentioned that 5,86, 2900 doses will be given freely from 1st May to 15th June 2021 in Indian states and union territories.

And if the mRNA is received twice, then there is no need for a recommendation after this.
